Adams County Health Center team travels to schools, long term care facilities, nursing homes and community events to help keep the public informed about living a healthy lifestyle.  If you have an event or gathering you would like to have our team speak at, please let us know by calling (208) 253-4242.

All patients are eligible to apply, even those who have insurance.  Enrollment forms are available on the link here or in the clinic. Applications must be renewed annually and anytime there is a change in an enrollee's financial status. It is preferred to have completed applications prior to your appointment date.  Paperwork takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and you will need your SSN, Insurance cards, Driver License or Identification to complete the documents. We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children's Activity & Nutrition) is a national movement designed to give parents, caregivers, and entire communities a way to help children 5 to 13 years of age stay at a healthy weight.  In support of this program, ACHC stays active at the Elementary School.  During summer months the program runs in conjunction with the free/reduced hot lunch program.

Join Family Nurse Practitioner TAWNI PETERSON, Physical Therapist JEAN COLE for a medically monitored weight loss program.  Combining physical activity, nutrition counseling and medication has helped many achieve long term weight loss goals.  Contact us for more information on program dates.

Having already graduated, Doctoral students complete various rotations in Dentistry with qualified Dental preceptors.  Dr. Monte Eppich precepts for this program at ACHC.  Please join us in welcoming these residents to ACHC!
