ACHC Patient Assistance Foundation (PAF). The funds donated allow PAF to support the costs of prescription medicines, travel, labs, imaging, and medical supplies for ACHC patients who would otherwise be unable to afford them. Last year 50 ACHC patients were helped by the Foundation.

We Can! (Ways to Enhance Children's Activity & Nutrition) is a national movement designed to give parents, caregivers, and entire communities a way to help children 5 to 13 years of age stay at a healthy weight. In support of this program, ACHC stays active at the Elementary School. During summer months the program runs in conjunction with the free/reduced hot lunch program.
