WHAT WE OFFER:
ACHC is a CLIA certified laboratory, which means that we are certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to collect and process human samples for diagnostic testing!!”
- Providers that work for ACHC can order:
- DOT Urine tests
- Urine Tests
- Drug testing
- Blood tests or swabs that can test for:
- Diabetic screenings
- Infections
- Respiratory infections
- Strep throat
- Flu
- COVID
- Plus, many other medical diagnoses
- Outside Providers can order:
- Patients needing labs ordered by a Provider outside of ACHC may also be collected. These tests will be collected at ACHC and sent for processing to an outside laboratory. The outside lab will process and forward the results to the ordering Provider(s). The good news, especially if your tests require you to be fasting or your funds are low is you may have your labs taken care of close to home.
- All blood and urine tests that our providers do that work at ACHC, can also be performed for providers that do not work at ACHC. The only difference is that all labs that are ordered by non-employees of ACHC are collected here at ACHC but sent out to be processed by an outside lab. The outside lab then sends the results to the ordering physician. The good news is that you do not have to travel to get your laboratory needs taken care of.
- All orders must come with an order which can be faxed or brought with you the day of your appointment.
- All patients must have an order in hand day of appointment or faxed to ACHC prior to appointment. This will keep patients from waiting or having to comeback on another day.
- Allergy shots
- We can administer allergy shots from outside providers, but again we must have an order and the medication.
Please remember that you must call the clinic at 208-253-4242 and get an appointment for laboratory appointments.
