ACHC is offering Prescription for Play (P4P). Bricks and related educational materials are provided as prompts to engage caregivers around the benefits of play for development of emotional, cognitive, creative, social and physical skills. This is all done while you're at a well-child check up! P4P is only offered for children ages 18-36 months.

Type 1 diabetes occurs when the body’s immune system destroys cells in the pancreas that produce insulin. Screening and monitoring for type 1 diabetes helps families avoid serious complications at diagnosis and gives you time to plan and prepare. All patients are eligible to apply, even those who have insurance. Enrollment forms are available on the link here or in the clinic. Applications must be renewed annually and anytime there is a change in an enrollee's financial status. It is preferred to have completed applications prior to your appointment date. Paperwork takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and you will need your SSN, Insurance cards, Driver License or Identification to complete the documents. ACHC is proud to partner with Idaho State University, School of Dentistry as a rural training site for Dental Residency students.
Having already graduated, Doctoral students complete various rotations in Dentistry with qualified Dental preceptors. Dr. Monte Eppich precepts for this program at ACHC. Please join us in welcoming these residents to ACHC!
