Adams County Health Center Inc. (ACHC) strives to provide high-quality healthcare services to residents of Adams and all surrounding counties, regardless of social or economic status. Getting the recommended preventative health screenings annually can do more for you and your family's overall health than any other health-related behavior.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide high-quality healthcare services regardless of social or economic status. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
